What type of assets are these?
All the assets, including buildings or designs are virtual artworks existing in Horizon Worlds. You are responsible for importing and using our art/assets. Consultation is not included.
Where will the finished mansion or building exist?
The finished mansion or any other architectural asset will exist on Horizon Worlds under your account. Once I finish your mansion, I will give you editing access which will allow you to copy the entire world into your own blank world. From there you will be able to publish or unpublish it whenever you like.
I am buying a building from you. Will I be the only one with this design?
No. In order to keep prices affordable for users ALL of our buildings or architectural assets are sold as non-exclusive templates (or any other asset or art). You are not purchasing the IP, or an exclusive license. We hold the rights to resell it as many times as we wish. If you wish to have an exclusive asset or building you can contact us for a quote.
Can I edit the world once I receive it?
Yes, you can edit it as much as you like. You can delete the elements you don't want. You can create new elements. You can bring new elements into your world. Please know our items do not include tech support. The world is yours to customize.
Can I resell this world to somebody else?
No. The world is for your own use only. Do not sell. Do not distribute. If you want to order a mansion for somebody as a gift or you want to offer it to a client, message me. I will be happy to work with you.
Can I copy my world and publish more than one instance of it?
No. You are allowed to publish only one instance of the world. If you are interested in creating multiple mansions, please message me. I will be happy to offer you bulk pricing.
Can I copy the elements of this mansion such as props (flowers, cocktails, scenery, etc.) into my other worlds?
No. You are not allowed to copy any elements of this mansion, no matter how small, into other worlds. You are not allowed to copy any of the props, furniture, snacks, cocktails, islands, tress, etc. into other horizon worlds. Please message me and we can discuss a separate gig for that. You do not own the IP. We do.
Will you fix my world if I accidentally break it or if Horizon's updates breaks it?
No. Please make a backup of the world as soon as you receive it. This way you will always have a pristine copy to fall back on. I can't be held responsible if Horizon releases a future updated that breaks some of your world's functionality. This is extremely unlikely but technically possible.
Can you design a logo, change some colors, move some elements around, and create some new objects ?
The only customization that is included in the gig, item or assets is the change of @matacrafters into your name / your brand’s name if you purchased a world template. However, I will be happy to work with you after this gig is completed. You can always hire us to do small gigs/projects such as changing the color scheme, or creating new objects. Lessons, consultation or any kind of editing , importing, fixing, or any kind of additional work is not included. You are purchasing art templates of assets or buildings and do not include any help building or customizing. If you want to a consultation we can give you a quote. Message us.
How do I load my own music into the DJ mixer? Will you help me with that?
In order to load your own music, you will have to find a way to record music with your headset or PC. You will have to learn how to modify some basic scripts in order to connect your music to the mixer. I will not help you with loading music into the DJ's mixer.
Whats the turnaround for the delivery of assets?
We no longer have a 5hr. turnaround delivery option. We try to deliver assets asap but keep in mind we do have projects going on, meetings, etc. Regular assets and templates will be delivered within 24hrs. Therefore make sure you are ok with this. If you order a Premium mansion we will delivery it between 10am - 3pm CT. FYI We noticed there is a glitch we are trying to fix. It appears that some our assets still say delivery within 5 hours (Let us know please as we are trying to amend it). Please make sure you are ok with the delivery timing. If you see this error let us know and we will send you a free asset pack with your purchase.
Can I use your assets in my projects?
We allow you to use our assets for personal or for non commercial use only. You can use our templates/assets as your business office. However, you may not resell it or duplicate it, nor any of its elements or parts. Our items are not public domain. We own the rights of all the art (assets, worlds, elements, etc). If you are unsure about the usage of any of our assets/art contact us prior purchasing.
Can I use your assets for giveaways?
Buyer or user CANNOT offer them as a FREE item/world/ asset. You can not sell them either.
Can I resell an asset, world or template I purchase or got from you?
You may not. Buyer or user may not resell, share, trade, give away, or redistribute our assets in any way (whole or in part) without expressed written permission from the designer - artist (us).
Can I trademark an asset I got or purchase from you?
No. Any art, asset, template or design (whole or in part) may not be copyrighted or trademarked, not for commercial or profit or resale.
Do you offer commercial license for your assets (art)?
For larger or small commercial use, please contact us before purchasing. No mass production is allowed without expressed written permission from the designer - artist (us).
