You are responsible for what you do with any asset or services provided by us, including taking reasonable steps to keep your work, assets, equipment or any other place of application or usage secure.  We encourage you to regularly back up your work and keep several backups. It is up to you to ensure the safety of your assets.  Back up your Horizon Worlds frequently.  We will not re-deliver an asset more than once. It is your responsibility to make backups and to test them prior to making imports into other projects or worlds. We always encourage to import any asset or world into a blank world, test it and check its capacity. It is a must to make backups of current projects prior to importing any asset or world. It is not our responsibility to correct or fix your project (even if you imported an asset/world from us).  You are solely responsable for using any asset or service from this store (or sold by us on fiverr, or any other venue).

 

We are not liable in any way if you use our services or assets. MetaCrafters ( and website, patrons, designers and owners) are not liable for:

    •    loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings

    •    indirect or consequential losses

    •    punitive damages

 

Don’t Use Our Services to Break the Law. You agree that you will not violate any laws in connection with your use of the Services.

 

You MAY NOT under any circumstance:

Sublicense, resell, share, transfer of otherwise redistribute the item or element/part of it (e.g. as stock, in a tool, app or template, with source files, and/or to incorporated into end Product.  Items can not be use for resale. However feel free to contact us to ask about licensing. Please read FAQ page on our website for more details. Our assets, templates or any other artworks are not public domain. We own the IP of all our assets, artwork or templates.

Horizon Worlds is a great place for creatives, but there is a learning curve we all go though. Our templates and assets have been tested in various different ways. If you're an inexperienced Horizon Worlds builder or creator, you might find Oculus, YouTube and Google to be invaluable resources helping you figure things out when you are starting out.

Our favorite part about creating art for Horizon is to see creators work and talents reflected in Horizon Worlds. We love to see what people create and how people use our templates or assets. 

However PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer instructions, apart from “how to import our template or assets in a blank world” email.  You must know how to use Horizon Worlds in order to purchase our templates or assets (You agree to be solely *responsable for the use of anything you purchase from us by making a purchase or getting a free asset from us). This means any purchase you make from us on our website, fiverr or elsewhere; will NOT include assistance nor consulting. We will only deliver assets or templates purchased, no additional services are included.

 

*this includes: Your are responsable for importing assets or templates, world upkeeping, editing worlds, arranging, checking world capacity, space junk issues, making copies or backing up projects prior importing assets or as you work and publishing.

We are selling an artistic tool, which does NOT include consultation. As much as we’d like to teach people to use Horizon we are unable to teach individuals how to use the platform nor our assets. It is with this understanding that we allow clients to use our assets or templates. It’s up to the client to learn how to use them, or find external help for them to edit, import or work with the assets or templates. These assets or templates were created in Horizon Worlds. You will NOT get any physical item. You will receive our templates, assets and any other digital art item in Horizon Worlds under collaborations invites.

Due to the nature of our items, there are NO refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations. However if there is an issue with an asset, world or template purchase from us you must inform us within 48 hrs. Of purchasing it. All art, items or assets are sold as is.

 

A quick note regarding IP:

 

1. Ownership. We, the artists - designers, retain all rights of the original artwork, assets or templates. This includes the downloadable asset/worlds (shared via collaborations or imported from us to you in Horizon Worlds or any other way) content that is available to you upon purchase or invite in Horizon Worlds, this website, fiverr and any other way in or outside Horizon Worlds. No title, or ownership interest of these files, art, assets or templates is transferred to you. You may not claim to be the creator of the original source files. You may not share these source files with a 3rd party. You may not resell the source files. You do not obtain any intelectual (IP) ownership of our assets or templates by getting them as a free asset or templete nor as a purchase. 

 

2. Applications. 

You can use our templates (as your place of business but you may not resell our worlds or templates, distribute nor any aspect, element or variation of them). You will find more info in our FAQ, terms and item disclaimers.

 

3.Please be aware other clients will have the same rights as you do regarding our artistic products/tools (assets and templates), which is allowed for the terms of use. We also reserve the right to discountinue the right to use our assets to any buyer and to sell this product in any manner we see fit. 

 

*Additional work, consultation, tech support or edits can be purchased at a additional cost if we are available, billed and paid when requested by client and agreed by us. Feel free to reach us if you have any questions, please keep in mind that even so our working hours are 10am - 5pm (central time) Monday to Thursday. However please know we do deliveries of orders between 11am-1pm CT. If you order a Premium mansion we will delivery it between 10am - 3pm CT. If your order falls outside the delivery hours, we will deliver it the next day. We no longer have the 5hr. turnaround delivery option. Regular assets and templates we will delivered within 24hrs. FYI We noticed there is a glitch we are trying to fix. It appears that some our assets still say delivery within 5 hours (Let us know please as we are trying to amend it). Let us know, we will send you a free asset pack Please make sure you are ok with the delivery timing.
